Simply Education are working with a small village primary school on the outskirts of Lincoln who are seeking to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a part time basis from the new academic year in September. The role will include working with a learner to support them in their social, emotional, and educational development throughout the day.

Role Details:

Part time, Monday to Friday
Working with pupils from Reception to Year 6
One-to-one
September Start

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils' learning across various subjects
- Assist teachers in classroom activities
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to pupils' social and emotional development

Essential Requirements:

- Prior experience working with children (educational setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to motivate young learners
- Flexibility to work across different year groups
- Commitment to supporting pupils' diverse needs
