Medical Secretary/PACentral London - On Siteup to £37,000Are you a skilled Medical Secretary with private healthcare experience?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join an expanding team based in Central London. As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for providing medical, and administrative, support for our clients clinic based on Harley Street. The role would also include taking responsibility for all medicolegal documentation within the practiceResponsibilities:

• Organising theatre staff and lists
• Booking in patients and arranging payments from private individuals and insurance companies
• Assisting with medicolegal communications between lawyers and consultants
• Preparing clinic letters to associated medical professionals as well as chasing the results

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private sector
• Prior experience working with, and getting payment from, insurance companies
• Previous medicolegal experience would be advantageous
• Ideally, experience of using HeyDoc/Semble, or a similar package
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
