Our client is a dynamic growing Design and Build construction business. They have experienced impressive growth in the last few years and are now looking to hire an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to join their senior leadership team.

This is a new role and will be vital to the growth of the business and maintaining strong control and management across various building projects and sites including both residential and commercial.

Duties will include

• Being client facing
• Contract drafting and negotiating,
• Identifying risks within the project and contract
• Managing change orders to the project
• Visiting sites to ensure workers and subcontractors are all operating smoothly
• Make sure projects are running to agreed time scales.
• Planning resources and staying on top of developments and changes to the project.

You will be an experienced multi-site and project manager from a design and build, renovations or construction company, excellent communication skills are a must as you will be the face of the business with clients.

A very strong understanding of the Building and Construction sector is a must. Ideally Highend Residential.
