💼 The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential, supporting teachers with classroom activities, and delivering targeted interventions where needed. Your day-to-day duties may include:

Providing 1:1 or group support to pupils

Assisting with classroom management and lesson delivery

Helping children with additional needs to access the curriculum

Supporting the emotional and social development of pupils

Preparing classroom resources and displays

🎓 Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A genuine interest in working with children and young people

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Previous experience in a classroom or care setting is desirable but not essential

A willingness to learn and adapt in different environments

🎓 Successful Candidates require:

An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS

Experience working with children or young adults; OR strong transferable skills
