Integration / Solution Architect - HR & Finance Systems
£650 - £700p/d outside IR35
Remote with occasional onsite in London (circa once a month)
6 month initial contract
Our client, a global Facilities Management company, are seeking an experienced Integration & Solution Architect to lead the decommissioning and replacement of a bespoke HR system and oversee the seamless integration of the new HR system with an existing bespoke Finance system.
The successful candidate must have strong expertise in integration architecture, solution architecture, and ERP systems, along with deep knowledge of HR and Finance applications. Experience working with offshore stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement the integration and solution architecture for the replacement of the HR system.
- Design robust, scalable integration solutions between the new HR system and bespoke Finance system.
- Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data flow between systems, adhering to best practices.
- Work closely with offshore development teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Engage with internal business teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align solutions with business needs.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide governance, technical oversight, and best practices for integration development.
