Our client is seeking a skilled M&E General Supervisor with a strong background in HVAC systems, office block installations, and domestic works to join our dynamic team in Fareham. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee M&E operations on site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

* Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of the team, including contractors and subcontractors.

* Ensure successful delivery of HVAC installations, office block fit-outs, and domestic works projects.

* Monitor project progress, identifying any issues and resolving them promptly.

* Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in HVAC, office block installations, and domestic electrical/mechanical works.

* Previous supervisory experience in an M&E environment.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
