We are a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Hereford and part of a fantastic group. Our warehouse operations are a crucial part of our success, and we're looking for a strong, experienced leader to improve efficiency, introduce best practices, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the warehouse function, ensuring that stock is managed effectively, processes are optimized, and the team is well-led and motivated. Key responsibilities include:

* Leadership & Strategy - Managing and mentoring a team, driving a culture of excellence.

* Operational Efficiency - Ensuring smooth warehouse operations, from goods-in to dispatch.

* Process Improvement - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

* Stock Control - Managing inventory accuracy and reducing stock discrepancies.

* Health & Safety - Ensuring full compliance with regulations and safety best practices.

What We're Looking For

* Warehouse Management Experience - Ideally within a manufacturing environment, though we will consider candidates from a pure warehousing background.

* Strong Leadership Skills - Someone who can drive performance, coach a team, and set high standards.

* Process-Driven Approach - An ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

* Hands-On Mentality - Someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
