Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring targets are met, and helping to expand the company's presence in the BMS market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the BMS sector.

* Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.

* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client needs are met.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the BMS, HVAC, or related industries.

* Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and energy management solutions.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.

* Full UK driving license.
