Groundworks Supervisor

Main Contractor - Residential Scheme

Freelance: 6 Months

Rate: Up to £260 per day DOE

We are currently searching for a Groundworks Supervisor to join a busy team on the delivery of a residential scheme in Cambridge. The scheme will comprise of both apartments and houses, along with extensive amenity spaces and outdoor spaces.

As Groundworks Supervisor you will work with the project management team to provide boots on the ground supervision of the external works such as:

* Hard & Soft Landscaping

* Section 278 Works

* Drainage

* Foundations

* Utilities

Duties:

* Oversee the delivery of subcontract packages

* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times

* Labour and plant allocations

Experience required:

* Experience delivering groundworks packages on residential schemes would be beneficial but general groundworks experience is essential.

* SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
