👨‍🔧 The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into management.
Reporting directly to the Shift Technical Manager, you will lead a team of 6, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and food safety are upheld.
🧾 Key responsibilities include:

👥 Leading and developing a technical team of 6
*
🔍 Investigating food safety incidents and applying root cause analysis
*
🏅 Supporting BRC and other external audits/accreditations
*
🆕 Assisting with the launch of new product lines
*
🔄 Collaborating with wider site teams for continuous improvement

We're looking for someone with:

💻 Strong PC literacy
✅ Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience in a technical or QA role within the food industry 🍞

A HACCP qualification and/or Food Safety certification 🎓

A passion for ensuring quality and safety in every product
