Our client is seeking a talented Electronics R&D Technician to join their innovative hardware development team.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Electronics R&D Technician, you'll play a key role in the research and development of electronic systems. Working closely with the Head of Hardware Development, your responsibilities will include:

* Prototyping, testing, and maintaining hardware products.

* Supporting fault-finding and implementing enhancements in production items, test fixtures, and processes.

* Collaborating with the development team to ensure product integrity and quality.

* Maintaining and improving test solutions within electronic manufacturing systems.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent (experience in lieu considered).

* Experience in electronic product manufacturing or R&D.

* Knowledge of electronic manufacturing systems and production processes.

* Familiarity with electronic testing, debugging, and schematic interpretation.

Desirable Skills:

* IPC training certification.

* Experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering.

* Mechanical skills, including manual and CNC work.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Additional Requirements

* Candidates must be British Citizens.

* This role requires obtaining and maintaining DV security clearance.
