Polytec are looking for a Purchasing Administrator for our client based in Royston. This is expected to last until the end of November, potentially December and you will need to be immediately available.

Responsibilities:

* Support order processing using Syteline
* Raising and processing orders, taking in deliveries, answering telephone
* Processing orders on the order log spreadsheet promptly
* General office duties as required

Requirements:

* Syteline experience would be helpful but Sage or another accounting system would also be beneficial
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good computer skills including MS Office particularly Excel
* Purchasing software experience would also be an advantage
