Responsibilities in your new role as the Engineering Manager
In this role, you will establish a structured environment for routine planned maintenance across all items, develop detailed specifications, work instructions, and procedures for staff, and provide management with comprehensive reports and feedback. You'll use the Building Maintenance System to monitor facilities and services, and offer guidance to management and senior staff on the efficient use of plant and equipment.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
The successful candidate will be an experienced engineer with a background in both supervision and management. You should have relevant experience in a comparable role, proven skills in managing teams, and exceptional communication abilities.
