We have partnered with a cash-rich residential developer who operate within the M25 to deliver high-spec housing and apartment schemes in prime locations. Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans in place, we are looking to strengthen their Technical department with a number of Technical Managers offering RC frame, refurb or listed building experience.

There will be occasional travel to their West London office, but the majority of your time will be spent on site working with the wider production teams. We are handling 5-6 opportunities across multiple site locations South of the River and will consider candidates from a developer, main contractor or consultancy background
