Based in Central London, offering hybrid working, the Senior Commercial Finance Manager role offers a progressive business partnering opportunity. The responsibilities will include:

• Accurate monthly reporting of operating costs
• Providing detailed variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast and last year
• Budget co-ordination and ensuring time lines and critical path are met.
• Building robust finance plans on a periodic basis
• Collaborate with Property and Retail colleagues pertaining to business case approvals, programme delivery
• Proactive in looking for opportunities to improve processes and reporting
• Involvement in other key activity within the property team which will involve reviewing and understanding business case approvals.

Required skill set and experience:

• Prior experience in large retail or FMCG or hospitality industry preferred
• A qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) able to translate operational activity into financial impact.
• Team management experience is required
• A strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work closely with and influence non-financial colleagues.
• Good IT knowledge and literacy including excellent excel capability.
