Halcyon HSC are working exclusively with an independently run care provider that specialises in support for adults learning disabilities and complex needs seeking a Registered manager.

The service is small independent home that looks after adults with Learning disabilities, they are incredibly passionate about providing a person centred approach and ensuring the service is a home to the residents first and foremost. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy looking for a step up to hold their first registration or indeed an experienced Registered manager who would like a small service, with complete autonomy on how the home is run. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home.
Ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
Liaise with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.
Work closely with the directors to grow and develop the business.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a Learning disability setting.
A relevant qualification in health and social care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
Strong leadership and management skills.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. (Rating is currently "Good" with CQC)
A passion for providing high-quality care.
Benefits:

Competitive salary starting at £40,000 up to £45,000 depending on experience.
