Tendering Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing technical and commercial quotes and tenders for TCL products and services
Technical and commercial discussions during the tender phase
Handover of the sales orders to the Projects Dept.
Maintaining sales database
Visits to clients during the tendering phase
Experience:

3 years experience in a technical engineering role such as design or project management.
2 years experience in a tendering/sales role
Experience of industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA
Experience in Power Gen or Oil and Gas industry
Qualifications:

Min HNC Elec/Mech. Engineering
An individual who has a strong practical engineering background
Desirable:

Practical experience in a Gas or Steam turbine environment is desirable, this may have been office or site based
