We are representing a multi award winning Main Contractor client who deliver regeneration and affordable housing schemes. A privately owned business with an open and transparent approach to working with clients, they deliver residentially focused projects which are typically apartment led and of RC frame, with some traditional build including the occasional low rise housing job.

We have been mandated to secure a Senior Estimator who will offer:

* Demonstrable track record of medium to high rise residential projects

* Main contracting experience within either Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractors

* New build RC frame experience is a prerequisite

* Additional housebuilding or developer experience will be valued in addition to contracting exposure
