Elevation Recruitment Group is working with an engineering company based in Scunthorpe to recruit a Maintenance Manager.

Salary upto £55K depending on experience

The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, ensure the optimal performance of all equipment and machinery, and lead a maintenance team.

Duties of the Maintenance Manager will include:

• Manage the maintenance budget
• Implement a corrective and preventive maintenance strategy
• Organise and improve the maintenance of industrial installations
• Improve Preventive Maintenance Programs
• Develop CMMS

We are keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Previous management experience 
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Experience of computer-aided management method (CMMS)

Our client would also consider maintenance candidates with strong supervisory experience.
