Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic with experience working on shredders and clean work to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, a company van, negotiable holidays, and the option for self-employment. With a focus on servicing at stately homes, councils, and high-end clients, this is an exciting opportunity to work with established machinery and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting maintenance and repairs on green waste machinery, including shredding and screening equipment
• Servicing equipment at stately homes, councils, and high-end clients
• Providing support to our 1000 agricultural accounts
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Plant Mechanic
• Proven track record of working with shredders and clean work
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Day-to-Day:

As a Plant Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing green waste machinery, servicing equipment at various locations, and providing support to our agricultural accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-end clients and make a real impact in the industry.
