Peace Recruitment are working with a small housing provider in Edinburgh to source an experienced Planned Maintenance Officer. You will be joining a small and experienced team based in North Edinburgh.

My client is looking for a candidate looking to make a difference in the community. You will be tasked with managing the planned and cyclical maintenance contracts and work closely with the reactive maintenance team to ensure the best possible service to tenants.

It is essential you have worked within social housing in the past, ideally with a housing association or co-op. Knowledge of SHQS and EESSH is a must for this role.

Please note that this role will be 5 days office based/community based
