About the role

As a Decontamination Engineer at Anglian Dental Engineering, you will be part of the Operations Department, ensuring that our services meet the highest quality, safety and compliance standards. Your field-based role will involve servicing, repairing, validating, and maintaining various decontamination equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

* Install, repair, validate, and maintain vacuum sterilisers, washer disinfectors, and autoclaves in dental decontamination rooms.

* Conduct pressure vessel inspections on autoclaves and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and colleagues.

* Drive sales and sign up customers to our service contracts.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

* Keep accurate records of work done, parts used, and invoices issued.

* Follow health and safety procedures and best practices.

About You

* Minimum 3 year's experience as a Decontamination Engineer or similar role in the medical field

* Excellent technical and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to travel to different locations

* Enthusiasm and passion for the job
