Responsibilities:

Support the emotional and educational needs of students.
Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide a nurturing environment.
Assist in developing and delivering personalized learning plans.
Requirements:

Experience working with SEMH students or in a similar educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Relevant qualifications in education or child development are a plus.
