We are currently working with one of the leading Construction and Civil Engineering contractors in the UK and Ireland. After a series of successful tenders, they are nw seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee 2 new large Commercial schemes in Cambridge ranging from £50m - £150m+! Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

Understand contract requirements (JCT) and tender documentation.
Develop procurement strategies and schedules in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying team.
Lead the subcontractor procurement process and manage those relationships.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Oversee administrative tasks and maintain positive client relationshipsAbout you:

Minimum 5 years' experience working at Project Manager level
A strong background in construction, previous RC Frame experience particularly.
Full knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts
Proven background delivering large scale projects and budgets
Right to live and work in the UK
