What you'll be doing;

• Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal
  
• Handle internal and external customer queries efficiently
  
• Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  
• Provide accurate information and quotations to customers
  
• Complete work within agreed team targets, from initial query to collection scheduling
  
• Ensure waste queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, adhering to processes
  
• Complete legislative paperwork as required
  
• Book transport, input waste details, and order labels
  
• Liaise with the external sales team and communicate with customers
  
• Enter correct data into the Salesforce system to ensure efficient customer service and compliance with Veolia policies
  

What we're looking for;

• Previous customer service experience.
  
• Computer literate
  
• Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
  
• Previous waste industry experience.
  
• Knowledge Salesforce systems
