We are working with a local authority who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their Corporate Finance team to assist the manager and oversee the Finance Systems team. 

A key focus of the role is to ensure that financial management, accounting and budgetary control/reporting arrangements are working effectively. As well as assisting with embedding modern accountancy systems and practices.
