I am working with a boutique Personal Lines Insurer who are seeking a Business Insight Analyst due to growth. This role is key in driving data-driven decision-making across the business. My client is looking to grow considerably, with plans to triple their current GWP over the next 5 years.Flexible working is on offer with 1 day required per month in the London office, with travel expensed.Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and improve MI reports to deliver clear, accurate, and timely information that supports business operations and strategic decision-making
• Oversee a pipeline of data requests from multiple departments, prioritizing them based on business needs and overall impact
• Collaborate with teams like Finance, Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with relevant teams to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Insight Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information to diverse audiences
