Client Assistance:

• Assist clients with configuring and maintaining security solutions tailored to their needs.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cybersecurity specialists to address recurring issues and emerging threats.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in IT support with a keen interest in cybersecurity.
