Commercial Manager - Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Salary: £85k - £100k per annum

We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost management, contract administration, and commercial strategy for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Ensure accurate cost forecasting, valuations, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to monitor budgets, variations, and final accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial management within the restaurant and hospitality fit-out sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
