Absolute Recruitment are looking for a temporary hotel cook/chef to join one of our clients based in the Crewe area.

This role will be temporary to cover holidays for approx 6 weeks however for the right candidate with the right attitude and passion for this role could be offered a temp to perm position as this is an option after covering the holiday period.

The right candidate must be flexible and able to switch up the shifts as and when needed due to the business needs. Shifts will either be 5:30am until 14:00 or 14:00 until 21:00pm

This will be a rota of 5 days over 7, and weekends are included.

What will be expected of the right candidate -

Prepare daily menu's including cooked breakfast and evening meals for hotel guests

Keep all areas in the kitchen clean and sanitised

Rotate / Order stock

Assisting chefs with prep and service

Keep all kitchen to a high standard with a passion for the role

Level 2 up to date food hygiene certificate

Previous experience is needed for this role, and the skill set to work under pressure.

Start date for this role is August however an earlier start date can be discussed as part of settling in prior to cover.
