Are you an experienced professional in the mortgage industry with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our client is expanding their Customer Services and Administration team and is looking for a skilled and motivated Mortgage Administrator to join.

The Role:

As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll ensure clients enjoy a smooth, efficient process throughout their mortgage journey. With your keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you'll handle queries, manage client communications, and coordinate with key partners to move applications forward seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, managing non-advisory queries directly, and coordinating with advisors for advisory-related responses.
  • Working closely with solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and brokers to streamline and progress mortgage applications.
  • Keeping our customer service database accurate and up-to-date, ensuring data integrity across the team.
  • Regularly updating clients on their application status, focusing on clarity and ease at every stage.
  • Entering application data into our systems with precision, following compliance protocols for all documentation.
  • Preparing and sending suitability reports along with initial application information to clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Mortgage Industry Experience: Background in the mortgage field is essential, ideally with experience in administration or as a paraplanner.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions and data handling.
  • Client-First Attitude: Enthusiastic and positive, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to prioritize client needs.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and capable of managing tasks independently and as part of a team, even under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate CRM systems efficiently.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Punctual, with a knack for managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
