Company client is looking for an experienced Site Manager needed in Stanmore, LondonThis is a contract position for 8 weeksStart: Wednesday 2th April 2025Hours: 7:30 - 16:00Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Experience in hospital projects or similar environments is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:*Managing the strip-out and re-installation phases of the project.*Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly followed.*Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and materials.*Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.*Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.Candidate Specification:* Site manager must have a valid SMSTS * Site manager ideally have a valid CSCS* Site manager but be reliable and punctual and be able to stay for the duration of the project The day rate on offer for this role is £270.00 per day - paid weekly CIS. #LI-PB1
