CNC Machinist - Precision Engineering

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,500

Hours: 37 per week, day shift

A well-established precision engineering company in Leeds is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery, machining high-performance materials in a modern, well-equipped facility.

Role Overview:

Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components

Optimise performance using Fanuc controls

Machine challenging materials such as Inconel

Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate setups

Collaborate with the quality team to maintain high standards

What You'll Need:

Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in precision engineering

Familiarity with Fanuc or Haas controls, including G & M codes

Experience machining exotic materials (preferred)

Background in CNC milling or turning—both considered

A team-focused approach with attention to quality and efficiency
