This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Account Manager and Contract Support, contributing to a newly won 10-year contract.

Role Overview:

* Position: Permit Coordinator

* Location: Cardiff, Shopping Centre

* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

* Team Size: 10

Key Responsibilities:

* Issue permits to contractors and vendors

* Conduct site checks and inspections

* Manage and log work orders

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
