Job Overview:

We're looking for a driven Telesales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll make outbound calls, engage prospects, and book qualified appointments. If you're passionate about sales, love a challenge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make 50+ dials daily to connect with potential clients.
Hold 10 quality conversations per day to assess needs.
Book 1 qualified appointment per day with engaged prospects.
Maintain 2+ hours of talk time daily.

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in a similar telesales role.
Strong phone sales skills with the ability to bypass gatekeepers.
Persistence and positively, even when facing rejection.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Exceptional communication and rapport-building abilities.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
Strong understanding of the psychology of selling and how to overcome objections.
