We're looking for a Resourcer to join our clients team! This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in recruitment, where you'll play a key role in sourcing top talent and supporting the wider team in placing candidates into the right roles.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conducting initial screening calls to assess suitability
• Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining regular contact
• Supporting consultants with candidate management and interview coordination
• Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent
• Keeping the database updated with accurate candidate information

What We're Looking For:

• At least one year of sales experience - telesales, property, insurance, or any target-driven role
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• A proactive and resilient attitude - recruitment is fast-paced!
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ambition to learn and progress within recruitment
