From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Lead Credit Risk Analyst to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

As a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing our clients credit risk analytics function. You will lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of Credit Risk Analytics, including portfolio reporting, statistical models and scorecards for application and behavioural credit risk evaluations. You will conduct in-depth portfolio analyses, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to manage and mitigate credit risk.

Role responsibilities;

Guide and mentor a team of credit risk analysts ensuring the effective development and maintenance of credit risk analytics.
Support the build, testing, and refinement of acquisition credit scorecards to enhance decision-making processes and automate credit decisions.
Present credit risk metrics and insights to senior management
Support the credit risk roadmap and framework.
You will bring data to life and articulate insight definitions, key trends, and strategy requirements in relation to the credit portfolioKey skills required;

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a credit risk team.
Proven track record of building a wide range of statistical models, MI dashboards & scorecard development.
Ability to model data and apply statistical frameworks in relation to credit risk mitigation.
Highly proficient with SQL, SAS and Python required for data manipulation.
Tableau or equivalent data visualisation software for presenting insights is highly desirableSo, why would you want to work here?
