We are seeking a professional and motivated Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant for an exciting opportunity at a beautiful development in Staines, with only 10 units remaining to sell. This is a fantastic role for someone with new homes sales experience, looking for an immediate and rewarding position.

Role Details:

• Location: Staines, Prestigious New Homes Development

• Working Days: Thursday - Monday

• Salary: £28k (reflected in a day rate) + £200 commission per plot sold

• Immediate Start: Properties are ready to sell

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers.

• Guide clients through the sales process and assist with all aspects of their purchase.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the development and individual units.

• Achieve sales targets while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred.

• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and use a CRM system.

• A proactive, professional, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
