Conveyancing Solicitor (3y+PQE)

Location: Blackburn

An award-winning firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team and handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Conveyancing files, delivering excellent customer service to all clients, maintaining excellent communication & responses to correspondence and client work
• Achieving delivery of financial targets set within the company
• Take part in business development opportunities and events
• Comply with professional conduct rules and internal policies and procedures
• Managing financial aspects of client work effectively, working within parameters communicated regarding write offs

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE experience in Conveyancing
• Excellent problem-solver with a positive attitude who remains calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident in business development and winning work
