Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Birmingham. You'll work closely with children with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young learners.

Required Experience

* Previous experience working with children, ideally in a teaching or childcare setting

* Knowledge or experience in special education practices is highly desirable

* Training or experience in toddler care is an advantage

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
