Pay Rate: £300 per day
Shift Pattern: Day work with optional night shifts

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a high-profile infrastructure project in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of essential works, with the option for night shifts and strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate on-site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards

*

Liaise with contractors, engineers, and the client to ensure project milestones are met

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

*

Monitor progress and provide regular reports to senior management

*

Maintain accurate records of site activities

Requirements:

*

Valid Street Works (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation

*

ESR Level 3 or 4

*

Proven experience in supervising infrastructure or civil engineering projects

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to work days and/or nights as required
