Position: Account Manager - Packaging Industry

Location: West Molesey Based

Core Hours: 9AM - 5PM

Company - Established in 1998 this packaging company specialises in creating beautiful card-based packaging for high end brands such as; Clarins, Phillip Kingsley, Jimmy Choo, Wella, Dermalogica etc

Roles & Responsibilities -

The main aim of this role is to manage creative projects, which exceed client expectations, on time and budget.
To be the main point of contact for a list of clients and provide an exceptional service to them.
You will be required to deal with client queries and project manage the projects from brief to production to launch
Book out adequate time for design and photography projects and working with the Traffic Manager to ensure this.
Liaising with internal production departments on a daily basis, overseeing their projects and providing accurate quotations for packaging and commercial printing
Creating creative written briefs.
Advising on and shaping client briefs, cardboard engineering and organising mock ups in support of the client requests, estimating, booking in jobs, agreeing and managing critical paths.
To assist company Directors with sales relationships.Experience Needed:

Preferably from the Packaging Industry
Ability to draft up a creative brief from information provided
Must have strong project and time management skills
Have experience of print process would be preferable
Must have excellent organisational, written, spoken and time management skills
Will have experience of using Tharstern MIS or have experience of similar systemsIf you are interested in this role, please apply today.
