Global CTS is excited to be partnering with a dynamic company in Wallingford, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to become a key part of their thriving team. Due to business growth, this brand-new role has been created to provide essential support to the Sales team, helping them stay on top of their game! With 14 events planned for 2025, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

* Keeping the database up to date and handling bounce backs/duplicates

* Monitoring the sales inbox and directing emails to the right team members

* Tracking sales targets and compiling monthly reports

* Ensuring internal dashboards are current and accurate

* Organising key sales events, including showroom visits, promo evenings & travel bookings

* Supporting marketing by sharing key sales content

* Assisting in corporate event planning & suggesting new activities

What We're Looking For

* Office experience & IT proficiency - especially Excel (intermediate level)

* A keen eye for detail and organisation - you love making sure everything is in order!

* Multi-tasking skills & a proactive mindset - you stay one step ahead

* Great communication skills - whether on the phone or in writing

* A team player with a friendly, can-do attitude

* A sales-focused mindset with an interest in supporting a successful team
