Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for opportunities in the Colchester area? We are excited to work closely with a trust of secondary schools in Colchester to fulfil their daily, long-term, and short-term cover needs. This role offers a fantastic chance to support local schools, providing classroom cover and maintaining continuity in students' learning when teachers are absent.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into various classrooms, leading lessons and managing student behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a teaching role, holding a degree and demonstrating strong behaviour management skills.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a teaching position
• A degree qualification
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt to different classrooms and age groups with ease
