We have a client running a successful franchised prestige brand dealership in Bedfordshire who is looking to expand their sales team with the recruitment of a General Sales Manager. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience at a similar level within the motor trade and have a proven track record of managing a sales team. A good understanding of CSI and Departmental Accounts is essential, as is the ability to keep tight control of the sales process and hit manufacturer targets. This is a busy dealership, so you will be expected to motivate and train the quality sales team already in place. In return for your passion and dedication, you will receive a basic salary of £40,000 with OTE of £70,000, a company car, pension and many other benefits associated with working for a well established dealer group.
