SF Recruitment are currently working with a Manufacturing business based in Stoke who are looking for a Cost Accountant to join there growing team.

The successful candidate will report into the Financial Director and be responsible for the following;

Produce monthly management accounts - Profit and loss and Balance sheet
Provide Commentaries on key variances vs Budget, Prior year and Forecast
Prepare analysis of sales and margins by product category
Analysis of various costs product cost against standard.
Various reconciliation's
Update the Fixed Asset Register
Ensure that Prepayments have been processed and reconciled.
Check that GRNI has been fully reviewed and additional GRNI accruals have been posted
Check with finance team that all stock and material entries have been processed
Ownership of the Balance sheet/PL model to ensure the Management accounts are produced accurately
Budgeting and Forecasting
SAP Experience
Costing
BOM

This is a long term interim assignment and is requiring an urgent start. Applicants must be immediately available or available on a 1 week notice period
