Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days work from home, 2 days in office)

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Chartered Paraplanner, you will be the technical go-to person within the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert technical support and analysis for complex financial planning cases.
- Preparing detailed and accurate reports, research, and recommendations.
- Assisting financial advisors with high-level technical queries and client presentations.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with the advisory team to develop and implement financial strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered status via the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is essential.
- Extensive experience in a paraplanning role within the wealth management or financial planning sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of financial products, tax planning, pensions, and investments.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a passion for staying on the technical side of the market.
