As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks related to onboarding new clients are completed to a high standard, supporting team members and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Take initial client instructions and pass them to the appropriate Case Handler.
Generate client care packs tailored to individual client needs.
Open new client files and ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately.
Obtain and verify client identification and source of funds information.
Utilize Case Management Systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel for administrative tasks.
Conduct follow-up and feedback phone calls to maintain service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform photocopying and scanning of essential documents.
Enter data into electronic portals during the client introduction process.
Arrange and schedule client meetings for initial instruction gathering.
Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements when handling client personal information.
Work towards department targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist clients by answering queries and guiding them through document completion when necessary.
Key Skills & Requirements:Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Case Management Systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in a legal or professional services environment (preferred but not essential).
Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality when handling client data.

- Salary £25,000
- Hybrid working pattern (available after on boarding)
- Office based in East Croydon
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
