What we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Service Delivery Apprentice to join our growing IT team. As a Service Delivery Apprentice, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support for the organisation across the multiple business in the UK & Ireland region. The service delivery apprentice reports to the service delivery manager. The role is extremely varied and will include providing technical assistance and support to the IT department, users and operational areas of the organisation. They will demonstrate excellent customer service skills in supporting both office and factory-based staff and equipment.


Key responsibilities as a Service Delivery Apprentice will be to:

-User and computer administration within a windows desktop environment.
-Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a wide landscape of software applications.
-Assist all of our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.
-Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the user as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
-Accurately record, update and documents requests using IT service Desk system.
-Build, install and configure new IT equipment.
-Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
-Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
-Maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.


Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Service Delivery Apprentice will include:

-Excellent customer service skills.
-Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
-Effective communication skills
-Effective organisational skills
-Excellent problem-solving ability.
-Ability to prioritise work in a reactive and proactive environment.
-Understands importance of Security and Standards.
