Responsibilities

* KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant.

* Behaviour management.

* Supporting learners with a range of needs.

* Engaging a young person in learning through a range of methods.

* Assisting learners with personal care.

* Supporting learners with EHCPs

* General Classroom support.

Requirements

* A range of behaviour management techniques.

* Expereinced Teaching Assistant.

* To have worked with learners with a range of needs.

* Level 2 Teaching Assistant.

* To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.

* EYFS knowledge including personal care.

* Must have EHCP expereince.
